Keeping the importance of Dental Health in mind, Jyotirmoy Public School, Sonarpur – The No.1 CBSE School in South 24 Parganas, organised a Dental Health check-up camp inside school campus.
Mr. Sushant Das, Principal of Jyotirmoy Public School Sonarpur told, ” On the occasion of National Oral Hygiene Day, which is celebrated every year on 01.08.2024 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. G.B.Shankwalkar, who is considered as doyen of Indian Periodontics and also the Founder of Indian Society of Periodontology, Jyotirmoy Public School in association with Indian Dental Association West Bengal State Branch, along with IDA South 24 Parganas and IDA Kolkata Suburban Branch, organised a Dental Check-up and an Awareness camp, for our students of Classes I to V .
All students of Classes I to V (including Shift I and II), were present and underwent the check-up and learnt how to maintain healthy teeth.
The students underwent thorough checkup and learnt ways to maintain the oral health thereby leading to good habit and healthy living !”
