Former JNU student leader UmarKhalid has been granted interim bail by the Karkardooma Court to attend his cousin’s wedding functions.
The court approved a seven-day bail period from December 28 to January 3.
Khalid, currently in judicial custody, is an accused in a case linked to the 2020 North East Delhi violence.
As a bail condition, Judge Vinod Yadav directs Khalid to install the Aarogya Setu App in his phone.
